Microsoft™ Outlook
Tips (Part Deux)
Last week we ran
a bit on tips for Outlook 2002 to help make your day-to-day
activities as an Insurance agent a little easier.
We got a few questions back, along with some requests
for tips on Outlook 2003. It appears a lot of you agents
out there are using Office 2003 (the latest version)
Put Outlook

Note that the physical
path for Outlook 2003 is "Office11", not "Office10"
which is the path for OUtlook 2002.
Right-click the
desktop, point to New,
and click Shortcut.
- In the Type the location of the item box,
type the following path: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /c ipm.stickynote
- Click Next, name the shortcut, and then
click Finish.
Now, when you double-click the shortcut, an Outlook
note will appear for you to type in.
